Driving yourself insane by negative thoughts

Are you aware about your degree-level  of negativity?

Are you more positive forward looking into the future or is it a dark place with lots of challenges, problems and hard decisions to make?

I personally believe in the power of positivity, although I can get pretty into a dark shape here and there which can be terrifying others for sure. If you can feel the pain you can literally change the game. Some people need to get stuck in a whole ocean of obstacles so they can raise and get great ideas and solutions for issues nobody had ever thought of.

Perhaps that sounds familiar to you?

I don’t like to be negative, but I can be very negative sometimes. And the challenge is to focus on solutions instead of problems.

If you have a bad issue going on then by visualising and overthinking the problem you will paint that picture of your problem even darker then it ever was before.

The last two weeks I tackled a lot of issues and I am proud of it because just my positives thoughts helped me to stay on track and fight until the end. If you find solutions you will realise how great life can be and how other humans can help you on that journey.

Many people start judging others if they are confronted with problems or conflicts. But things are not getting better by putting fingers on others. If you drag somebody down, you might feel higher at the first place but after a while there will occur a bitter taste because you realise that you hurt somebody else in order to feel better for a minute.

On the opposite if somebody’s feeling bad and you can help out and make that person smile then you feel energised and powerful through that process.

I barely meet people who have a positive mindset and are energetic as I am, but I really enjoy people to show the stars and the possibilities they have, which they don’t explore by themselves.

Perhaps you might think: Why do you write that? Why do you want me to be more positive, I dont feel I am able to think positive... and if you feel like this, you literally need that catch up that input, because you get to a point where you feel exhausted, weak and already having that low-batterie status.

Plug-in your charge, whatever brings you joy helps you to get out of that dark place. If you feel like listing to music will help you, than do it right now. If you feel like doing a work out then get up and start moving.

Don’t feel sorry for your own misery. You can create a better place if you change your activities and your own reality. While you do what you enjoy, you will find solutions for your problems. If you just are lost in your negative thoughts, you will never pass that dark tunnel again.

Go forward, be brave and see the light on the other side of the tunnel! I am sure you will find energy for that. Be honest to yourself and you will realise that you painted the picture a little bit darker then it should be.

Warum man niemals aufgeben sollte, wenn es schwer wird!

Ich habe mich in den letzten Tagen darüber amüsiert, dass einige Hochzeitsagenturen nach der Gesetzesänderung in Dänemark das Handtuch geworfen haben. Einige meiner Neukunden haben mir davon berichtet, dass Ihr Fall zuvor abgelehnt worden ist bzw. die jeweilige Agentur ihren Service eingestellt hat und Sie mich dann nunmehr fragen wollten, ob ich weiterhelfen könnte. Und ich nehme diese Fälle natürlich gerne an. Ich wundere mich immer wieder über die Halbwahrheiten, die im Netz herumschwirren und was die ein oder andere angeblich professionelle Person den Leuten für Geschichten erzählt.

Ich bemühe mich so authentisch wie möglich zu sein und den Paaren lieber knallhart die Wahrheit aufzutischen, als Ihnen irgendetwas zu versprechen, was ich nicht halten kann.

Bist du eine Kämpfernatur? Dann hast du etwas mit mir gemeinsam. Ich finde es gerade spannend, wenn es schwieriger und undurchsichtiger wird, weil ich dann ganz viel um die Ecke denken darf und kreativ werde, um 1a Lösungen für meine Hochzeitspaare zu kreieren. Ihr glaubt gar nicht wie viel Potential in Veränderungen stecken. Jetzt sind alle etwas traurig und die meisten verstehen nur Bahnhof. Und die Standesbeamten wissen auch nicht genau, wie sie mit der Gesetzesänderung umgehen sollen, es ist alles neu und komisch. Aber genau dieses Neue bringt soviel Kraft mit sich, weil nur diejenigen das System durchschauen, die mit offenen Augen und Ohren durch das Leben rennen.

Es ist komplexer und mehr Aufwand, aber nach wie vor können im Jahr 2019 Paare, diejenigen die sich lieben, in Dänemark heiraten. Und ich kann nur immer wieder betonen: Jedes Gesetz braucht seine Zeit, bis es in der Ausführung einigermaßen funktioniert. Ich bin jedenfalls weiterhin optimistisch und freue mich sowohl über einfache als auch komplizierte Fälle. Letztere sind mir besonders im letzten Jahr sehr ans Herz gewachsen, weil ich bisher alle gelöst habe und die 100% Erfolgsquote möchte ich zu gerne beibehalten.

Wenn du ein Ziel hast und dieses um jeden Preis erreichen möchtest, dann gebe niemals auf. DU kannst mal traurig sein oder böse, aber du solltest dir darüber im Klaren sein, wie großartig du dich fühlen wirst, wenn du dein Ziel schlussendlich erreichst. Erfolgsmenschen lieben es, wenn sie ein Ziel erreichen, selbst wenn es nur ein Etappenziel ist. Wenn du Schritt für Schritt am Ball bleibst, dann werden sich deine Wünsche erfüllen. Wie sagt man so schön:

Wenn du jetzt aufgibst wirst du dich als Looser fühlen. Und wenn du ein Verlierer sein möchtest, dann ist der Beitrag auch nicht für dich gedacht. Wenn du aber ein Gewinner sein wirst, dann wird dich jeder Gegenwind motivieren, eine Extraportion zu geben, damit du schaffst, was du erreichen möchtest!

Das Leben birgt so viele Möglichkeiten für uns. Die meisten Menschen laufen allerdings nur mit geschlossenen Augen herum, wie beim blinde Kuhspiel, bestimmen alle anderen wo es lang geht und warm oder kalt ist und die blinde Kuh glaubt es einfach.

Solche Menschen kennen den 08/15 Weg, den alle gehen oder jemals gegangen sind. Es ist hilfreich, wenn dir jemand anderes einen Weg aufzeigt, der auf den ersten Blick vielleicht völlig überraschend klingt, aber auf den zweiten Blick einleuchtet und dich zu deinem Ziel bugsiert:

Wenn du zum Beispiel noch nie über einen Berg gestiegen bist, und ein erfahrener Bergsteiger erzählt dir, dass der Bergaufstieg zwar anstrengend ist auf den ersten Blick aber du dafür mit der grandiosen Aussicht belohnt wirst….

Dass du dann auf der anderen Seite wieder herabsteigst, dir einen großen Umweg erspart hast und dein Ziel unverhofft früh erreichen konntest, weil du Eigeninitiative gezeigt hast, ist doch grandios!

Ich wünsche mir, dass du alle deine Ziel weiterverfolgst und dass dich dieser Beitrag ein wenig motiviert, für die Dinge in deinem Leben zu kämpfen, die dir wichtig sind und dein Herz mit Freude erfüllen.

Es ist schade, dass so viele Menschen einfach immer nur funktionieren und auf ihr „Schicksal“ reagieren, anstatt selbst aktiv ihr Leben in die Hand zu nehmen und zu gestalten. Sei mutig und stolz über jede kleine Tat, die dich weiterbringt und vor allem eins: Wenn du optimistisch in die Welt blickst, dann kommt soviel positives zurück. Du wirst dich wundern, wie viele Wege es im Leben gibt und wie wertvoll es ist, wenn du auch mal über eine Hürde springst oder einen Stein wegräumst, der dir in den Weg gelegt worden ist…

How you can upgrade yourself without any hesitation!

Finally we ended up in 2019. If you wonder that you are not totally exited about the new year…then you are not alone with that feeling. Some people assume that everything changes with a turn of a year…but it’s pretty the same until you switch your mind to do things better in the new year then you did in the last one.

Many people set goals already in december and after a few weeks in january they struggle with realizing those things they wanted to achieve or those habits they wanted to let go. I personally believe in the magic of 21 days to change a certain habit and creating a routine for a new habit. If you don’t trust yourself and don’t believe in your journey then you will already fail after one week.

Sorry, that’s the bitter truth. It’s all about your motivation, your believe and your own confidence. If you feel insecure you will perhaps start asking other people about their opinion…and if those people like you they will not be objective at all. They will prettify the truth and help you to be happy with your comfort zone and your status quo.

Be honest to yourself! Are you really satisfied with your status quo? Or do you have some areas where you want to improve yourself or change to the good?

Do you like rocket ships? Sorry that I switch a little bit, but they are pretty awesome.

Did you ever observe a rocket launch? No? You should watch a video on YouTube about rockets and see how powerful they start into the air..in order to cross soon thinner air spaces.

After a while the rocket will continuously lean into a horizontal direction. The technique of rockets seems magical to me, especially because it’s all about maths and physics which is one of my weaknesses.

And I am really not an expert belonging rockets…it’s just enough to tell our children some exiting stories about Elon Musk and his ideas and innovations for our future. In general we can learn from the power system of that amazing vehicle: a rocket

A rocket pushes itself with a lot of power into the air… and if it gets to a certain point it leans to the horizontal direction. A rocket will start after the countdown is finished …3..2..1 bääähhhmmm. It will not hesitate, not overthink, not questionare if it is a good idea to fly to the moon or elsewhere. It will just raise with a lot of power and then after a while lean into a horizontal direction. Some of those rockets get rid of stuff on their journey in order to loose weight. That sounds great for us too. We can get rid of old dogmas and bad thoughts in order to accomplish our dreams and free our minds.

Imagine you have a great goal. You know that this thing will improve your life. At the beginning of every year the motivation to change our lifes is pretty huge. So why not starting like a rocket does? Just stright into the air?  Without any hesitation, doubts and without overthinking if its right or wrong?

I am sure that you already overthought your goals as you did set them. So if you want to chase your dreams and realize those things which matter to you… then just remind yourself of the power of a rocket, which starts 3..2..1.. and does need often a lot of time to reach a certain goal.

While flying to the moon takes just three days… the spacecraft „Polarlander Phoenix“ which started in 2007  to drive from the Earth to reach the Mars needed 10 month of time to reach its goal. With a rocket which would be filled with astronauts it would take probably 15 to 16 month to reach Mars from Earth.

I like you to put that picture into your mind. If you think something is pretty impossible for you and you get weak and less motivated belonging your goals after a few days…then think about the power of a rocket or a spacecraft and that you can use that imagination to get your things done.

I am pretty obsessed with the believe in positivity. I don’t like to think negative, because I know that our thoughts are powerful and attract certain circumstances. If you believe in your own power an your ability to reach a certain goal, then you will achieve it, finally. Stay patient. I know that is soooo hard. But there is not only one way to reach a goal.

Make it fun, challenge yourself on a daily basis, document your progress, be proud about every step you make to approach your dream.

Honestly, I pushed myself a little bit to write something, which motivates you. My time-schedule is filled with to-do’s and I need to prioritize and to delegate to get all those things done. Sometimes I really don’t know what I should write which could be helpful or meaningful… but today I had that inspiration as I observed our son. He has that playmobil rocket and I just thought about the firework at 0.00 at the change of the year and how those small fireworks rockets flew in the air without any hesitation. Amazing!

For sure I am exited about my own goals, because I like to challenge myself pretty often. It is one of my character traits, I am sometimes overambitious. But that is the reason why I can help others, I am ready to solve problems and to get creative no matter how bad a certain situation might seem to be, while others already quit.

Just tell yourself: „Nobody can’t stop me, from doing what I want to do!“ And then start to what you need to do. Over and out!

So get those things done, which bring you closer to your goals, to your dreams…and please focus on the important stuff at first. We get so easily distracted nowadays. Important: Leave all those doubts behind and just imagine the power of a powerful rocket!

How to be strong if you actually feel weak

The key of being strong is not in your surroundings, it’s in yourself. If you learn to listen to your own voice your will become stronger then you ever would have expected.

Everybody knows those bad days, where literally everything goes wrong or you are totally overwhelmed. Having a bad day is a temporary thing. So if you are aware about the fact that there will be happy days in your future, it’s more easier to face those days which are challenging you totally.

Last week I had one of those days… it started with waiting up late, our son missing his school bus, driving him by myself to school, then missing something important for our daughters childcare place. Because I was already late I could not do my morning cleaning routine, I just run into the home office to get things done. I was busy with crazy cases, because the registrar office did not react as I wanted them to… spontaneously I got a visitor for lunch, my husband informed me quite late about that circumstance. So I was trying to get my work done and cooking something great. But after I had mopped the kitchen floor and opened the door of the fridge in order to put out some salad, an open box with tomato paste was falling right on the floor, in front of my feet, creating a disaster… yes I can have those days too which are a big challenge and bother me.

After the lunch I realized that I feel totally weak. I felt overwhelmed, tired, exhausted and I thought of just leaving everything and everybody without a word and having a warm shower!

With that picture I realised myself magically tackeling the whole pile of dirty dishes and answering our kids who consistently tried to argue each other on a higher level. I created hope in myself! Hope for a change to the positive outcome.

Honestly I knew the day would be like this, because I was really beyond myself. But while I listened to my inner voice which really seeked for a warm shower, I knew that goal would bring me through everything. Just the imagination of having a shower was like a reset button. I just restarted my mindset. Why should I get angry or get loud, if the others don’t listen to my advice? Why should I be sad about the fact that I did not get all the things done I usually get done? I realised that its really okay to just be in this moment and to create a place of happiness instead of perfection.

After the visitor said goodbye I just told my husband that I would go to have a shower. The children were playing all the time and were allowed to watch some cartoons. I really enjoyed my me-time, because usually in the morning I have some minutes just for myself before everybody gets up an we get busy. But if yu wake up late, you miss those minutes, and then you feel totally beside the road. I love to have a plan, I love to be strong. But if I realise that I have a moment of weakness, then its totally okay for me to find motivation by offering something to myself, which is important for me. Sometimes its reading a book, having a great workout—it differs on my kind of feeling weak-state. Sometimes I just imagine how the future will be and I remind myself about the fact, that this current time is just one small macro of a huge timespace which is offered to us. So if I realize that a bad day is nothing compared to all those great days I have/had, then the bad day is not so dark as it seemed to me by the first sight.

Your inner voice is the call of your heart. Its like a reminder. It will ring the bell, if you are skipping your needs because of duties and responsibilities. Be aware of that voice. It can be very silent, but it tells you always the truth and helps you to protect yourself to get recharged and powerful again!

5 Truth About How You Can Stay Calm in Stressful Situations

Actually lots of people are totally stressed out. Productivity and being unique are main issues which people of our modern society have to focus on. If you want to be successful, usually you have to invest and put all effort into the „process“ and your „projects“ in order to achieve what you are longing for. However you will easily confirm that our lifes can be full of overwhelming thoughts and pretty stressful.

With my blogpost of today I want you to offer oppurtunities which help you to stay calm in stressful situations. Hopefully you will be reminded of my words, if you find yourself somewhere stressed out!

1.Presuppose the positive solution!

Do you really care about your stress or are you trying to ignore it? If you find yourself stressed out, then there were something before that stage which had triggered you. Limited time could be one stress factor, or high expectations of yourself or interactions with others. Whatever you have to face, believe me its just temporary.

Try to be aware of the fact that stress can deliver great results, if you stay calm. That is the reason why you are totally prepared for this… its all about your mental focus, your mindset decides about the outcome. If you focus on a solution and believe in yourself that you will create a way to get through tough times, then you will stay calm and solve every issue.

2.Focus on deep breathing!

Imagine one of our stressful situations in the past… How did you feel? Perhaps your heartbeat went faster then usually, your muscles got tight, your face were cramped and you just felt despaired.

Normally people tend to pause breathing if they get into a mental panic situation. Scientiest will confirm to you that this „emergency reaction“ of your body is not healthy and will not find a solution to get out of that stress. Rather a proper oxygyn supply cannot be provided. That is why your brain function will not be as good as it should be.

How can you increase your brain function? By taking a deep breath in and out you will release the leck of concentration soon and feel calmy too. Why calm, please? Because deep breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes a state of calmness.

Its so worthy. If you feel stressed out, try to focus on your breath. Deep in & and deep Out. Why are those yoga-experts always so relaxed and easy-going? Because they deep breath on a daily basis with focus.

You could give it a try to integrate 15-30 minutes of deep breathing in your daily schedule. After 30 days you will not think about it anymore, it becomes a routine and you will feel energetic and calm on a daily basis.

3.Take care of your sleep habits!

That is a tricky one, because hey, who is really aware of sleeping enough? We are busy, some of us have kids, others have pets and we are busy with social media too ;O). Yes, I suppose that you as a person of our modern society are consuming media stuff too, no matter if its a movie, or a youtube video, a book, or a podcast… we are all in that.

I have a nephew and I am really proud of her, because she really focuses on her grades and her job beside the school…and she exercises too and reads lots of books, BUT she does not care about anything, if her time for sleeping is coming.

She is so secure that she does not care of visitors or anyone else, she will brush her teeth and  kindly say goodnight… in order to give her body enough power, to be active and smart again for the next day.

How often do we try to be awake until midnight? How busy are our brains with nonsense or doing stuff which is less important then recharching our brain, heart, soul and the rest of our body? You can try to get into a certain routine. It would be great if you can realize 7 hours sleep per night. Who can get 8 hours, congratulations.

People get easily stressed out, if they are tired. Toddlers also often meltdown in a temper tantrum, because they are tired and overwhelmed. Try to improve your sleeping habits. Do you sleep next to your phone? Do you assume thats a good idea? Be honest to yourself, if you find yourself scrolling on social media plattforms, then you should prefer an oldschool alarm clock next to your bed, instead of a smartphone which will hinder you from getting enough sleep.

4. Limit your caffain intake!

Oh that is a hard one, especially for me. I usually drink black tea & coffee every day. Its proven that an active person like me will even get more active with a high affain intake.

Believe me I tested myself and did not drink coffee and black tea for two month. Firstly it was horrable, I got that bad headache and I felt like I will attack somebody because of my withdrawal.

But after 3 or 4 days, the headache went away and I slept like a newborn. It was really good to take a pause of that hamster wheel of feeling like a coffee-machine. Instead of black tea and coffee I had chosen herbal tea.

I observed myself that I was more easygoing and got relaxed, perhaps because I was so proud of being in control of my unhealthy habits.

After a while I start drinking coffee here and there. But I found out that it is a bad idea to drink caffaine if you already are stressed out. Lavender-Tea would help you more to quieten down. So how many cups of coffee do you drink? Can you replace some of them with other drinks?

5. Be grateful!

Thank you. Try to be thankful. Be grateful for the little things. You can write your gratitute down if you like.

Some people journal daily about those things which make them feel grateful. If you are thankful for what you already have, then you are aware about yourself and your surroundings. Gratitute is the key to a happier life.

If you feel grateful, then you remember even in tough and stressful situations what you already have or did achieve. And that is the reason why you can stay calm in stressful situations. For which things are  you grateful today?

Try to be honest to yourself. If you find the connection to your heart, you will not feel insecure anymore. Every stressful situation will be executed by you with calmness and dignity.
